Shipping Info
Every order ships discreetly across Canada and the United States. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Free Shipping
Shipping is free on Canadian orders of $75 CAD or more and US orders of $150 CAD or more. Below those thresholds, Canadian shipping uses live Canada Post rates at checkout and US shipping costs $20 CAD. An estimated import/duty fee is added to US orders at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, except when circumstances beyond our control cause delays, including carrier delays, high order volume, or supply issues.
- Canada (standard) — 5–10 business days
- United States — estimated 7–14 business days
- Remote areas — may require additional transit time
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters. All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes or padded envelopes with no indication of their contents. The sender on the label simply reads "Velora's Place" — no product descriptions, no branding that reveals what's inside.
Discreet Billing
Velora's Place purchases appear on your card or bank statement under a generic descriptor — typically "VLR WELLNESS" — with no reference to the nature of the products purchased.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout Canada and to the United States.
For US orders, an estimated import/duty fee is collected at checkout to cover merchant-paid customs charges. Actual assessments can differ, but you should not normally be billed again at delivery. Contact support if a carrier requests payment.
For US orders, customs clearance may add additional time beyond the stated estimate.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status directly from your order confirmation page.
