Every order ships discreetly across Canada. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more before tax. Orders below that threshold ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Canada (standard) — 5–10 business days
- Remote areas — may require additional transit time
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters. All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes or padded envelopes with no indication of their contents. The sender on the label simply reads "Velora's Place" — no product descriptions, no branding that reveals what's inside.
Discreet Billing
Velora's Place purchases appear on your card or bank statement under a generic descriptor — typically "VLR WELLNESS" — with no reference to the nature of the products purchased.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship anywhere in Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status directly from your order confirmation page.
